Safe on all kinds of asphalt and really fast, Diamante Pro is
the state-of-the-art of modern bicycle tyre construction. The
casing is a 220 TPI nylon wonder (Vittoria exclusive) and has got
an Integra bead-to-bead puncture protection.
Vittoria has developed, as well a specific tread compound, the
Kevlar® Carbon 3D Compound, in order to achieve the main goals
related to such a high level of racing tyres: grip, low rolling
resistance and endurance.
Another feature of this tyre is the tread pattern which has been
designed following the "DOT C.O.M Vector design": a slick central
part with an orientated diamond pattern on the sides, where each
diamond is shaped and oriented to perform better with side and
breaking forces.
