At Bikepro we do not discriminate against people bringing parts sourced elsewhere and having them professionally fitted, in fact we will sometimes recommend people to do so with the exception of small parts that we have a big range of at a very competitive price.

Routine maintenance will not only ensure your safety from unforeseen equipment failure but also save you money and increase the life of your components. At Bikepro we have seen many high end bikes that have been neglected from maintenance and are running no better than a home built Kmart bike, and although denied by the owner could be working a whole lot better. In some cases people have purchased a very expansive bike. however the build quality has not been very good and as a result the rider does not even know that their bike could perform so much better. We believe that every bike should always be in good working order with a maintenance plan in place to give the rider the best performance and component life possible. At the end of the day we just want you to be happy and safe.

Don't be fooled by so called cheap service quotes offered by someone as they don't even put the tool time in that is implied. At Bikepro we charge more than the average shop but for a good reason. We deliver expert service on every bike from the cheapest to the most expensive, no discrimination. The time spent is in line with the cost of each service level with some falling in between two levels. We always give you a realistic quote before the job is taken on with an accurate delivery time that is negotiable if you have circumstances requiring special time frames. All work done by Bikepro's mechanic is guaranteed for a full three months from the time of delivery.
